My education as a certified appraiser and extensive experience makes me qualified to provide home valuations for homeowners, attorneys, financial planners, realtors, local lenders, and national mortgage companies throughout San Diego, Imperial, and parts of Riverside Counties in Southern California. My favorite part of being in the residential appraisal business is the interaction with my clients. Real estate is more than simply real property, it means home. A place to create memories and a way to build future wealth. Sensitive to the complex emotions involved, I address all aspects of the assignment. My goal is to help you understand the appraisal process, discuss the unique characteristics of your property, and answer any questions you may have.

I gained my master’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Plymouth in England and have been working on my career in real estate since the beginning of 2015. I am eager to both build on my academic foundations in analytics and research while staying in tune with the latest valuation methods through continued accredited coursework.

A pre-appraisal is a valuation before listing a property on the market. In most cases a comparative market analysis (CMA) usually prepared by a real estate agent is sufficient.

However, in certain situations, a pre-appraisal can help you obtain a more accurate home value.

An appraisal review refers to the “process of developing and communicating an opinion about the quality of another appraiser's work”.

Obtaining a second opinion often reinforces your confidence in the appraisal report and offers a degree of due diligence to the process.

Divorce or legal separation is a challenging and complex process. In an emotional and stressful situation, sorting through financial affairs and dividing the marital assets can be particularly intricate.

An appraisal of your property is typically necessary to determine the market value of the real estate that will be divided as part of your marital settlement agreement.

Belle Haven Appraisals offers supplemental appraisal-related services to complement the valuation or that can be ordered as a standalone service.

Examples are a comprehensive rental analysis, sales and listing reports, and gross living area (GLA) measurements consistent with the ANSI® Z765-2021 standard.
